Over the years, Donna Singer, PT, MPA and her team of physical therapy professionals at Sports Care & Physical Rehabilitation have helped thousands of Monmouth County residents return to full function quickly and safely. Dedication to cutting edge therapy techniques and personalized one-on-one care offers all clients the kind of focused, progressive treatment that can accomplish lasting, powerful results.

Donna and her caring staff are dedicated to providing you with the treatment you will need for a quick, safe return to work and play. We provide the kind of custom care that centers around state of the art, hands on techniques. At our office we do everything we can to make it easy for you to get the care you need. Our appointments run on time and can be set around your schedule. Friendly, professional office staff will go out of their way help you with all your scheduling, insurance, and billing needs. Knowledgeable, compassionate physical therapists and physical therapist assistants will make you feel at home during the time you spend with us. Let us be your home for comprehensive physical therapy programs. When you get right down to it, we don’t simply treat injuries and impairment, we treat you, the individual, and that’s what matters most in quality physical therapy. Your treatment will begin with a comprehensive one–on-one evaluation with a physical therapist. We’ll listen to what you have to say about your injury or condition and find out what your goals are. Your treatment program will be set up based on what we learn during your evaluation, and your physical therapist will regularly review and upgrade your program based on your individual needs and progress.

ASTYM Augmented Soft-tissue Mobilization

We are one of the few physical therapy practices in New Jersey to offer ASTYM-a progressive form of augmented soft-tissue mobilization for clients who are experiencing nagging pain that has not responded well to conventional rehab therapies. We have found this modality especially successful in the treatment of Achilles tendonitis, lateral epicondylitis, and plantar fasciitis.

Osteoporosis Exercise Classes
In conjunction with our physical therapy services, Donna has developed “Stand Tall, Don’t Fall” our osteoporosis exercise program. This special six-week exercise program is geared toward osteoporosis prevention and treatment. This program will teach you how to exercise correctly to offset the effects of an osteoporosis diagnosis.

Back To Golf
Donna also has an advanced certification in “Back to Golf ” a performance enhancement and rehabilitation program for golfers of all abilities. This specialty certification assists her with the treatment of all golfers undergoing physical therapy, whatever their injury. As an avid golfer Donna understands just how important it is for golfers to return to their sport in the best of shape to play well and prevent re-injury.

Parker Creek Fitness
Once you have completed your physical therapy, you have the option of continuing your post-rehabilitation exercise at Parker Creek our 2,500 square foot fitness center located just above our physical therapy practice. Our fitness center is geared to the active adult population, offering clients more attention than the average fitness center.
